They beat all our expectations cleaning our home sidewalks patios decorative rock and yard barns. And the decking around the yard barns that was black looks like new. We were cleaning our back porches and yard barns so we could have them repainted and restained. They are actually going to save us a lot of money because our back porches look so good now that we are not going to stain them only the decks or you walk and a portion of the fence are going to be needing re-stained. Is all I can say is thank you Chad and Karol for doing such a great job. It is so hard to find conscientious people who take such pride in their work. "Highly recommend Chad for pressure washing. I requested a quote via his website, and he responded via text the same day, with a quote in my email the next day. He completed pressure washing our deck within a week of my approving the very reasonably priced quote, and our wooden deck--which was horribly coated in awful stuff--looks brand new! I'm now going to have him paint our deck (also at an extremely reasonable price) and later this spring pressure wash our wooden fence. Chad is professional, timely, communicates and shows up when he says he will--everything you want in someone taking care of your home. iShine is the best."
